When JQL (Rank - cf[10019 <= or >=) is used in the Test Execution filter section then it's throwing and Tests are not loading

When JQL (Rank - cf[10019 <=  or >=) is used in the Test Execution filter section then it's throwing and Tests are not loading 

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create Test Execution and Tests.
2. Click on Filters
3. Advanced
4. Type “Rank” Ex: (Rank - cf[10019] >= 10)
5. Click on Apply.

Actual result/Attachments
It is throwing below error:

Also, Tests are not getting loaded inside the Test Execution

Expected result
It should not throw any errors and Tests should be loaded.
