Clear link option in Test Step is not working

Description: When the clear link option is used under Test Step, it is not working as it is working in other fields like issue description.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test case.
2. Add a Test Step to it.
3. Add a link into any of the fields, Actions, data, or Excepted results. 
4. Not click on the link >> Edit link and click on the X on the right side.
5. Clicking on X does not perform any action.
