As a user, I should be able to link the created Defect to a Parent

Jira has switched out "Epic Link" for "Parent".

We can choose a parent while we create a Defect/Bug from the "Create" button. While we create a Defect from the Execution Details page, we do not have the option to link the parent. We need to have the possibility to add a parent while creating the Defect.
