Unable to retrieve results on the Gadget Test Runs Summary when Current Logged in User is selected

Description: Unable to retrieve results on the Test Runs Summary gadget when "Current Logged in User" is selected as assignee. Getting an error stating "No issues were found to match your search"

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a filter with test runs.
2. Add the Test Runs Summary gadget to the dashboard.
3. Configure the gadget with the filter and select the assignee as "Current logged in user"
4. Click on Save.

Expected result: 

Gadget Test Runs Summary should retrieve data either in the form of a Chart or Table
