As system, I track time of execution a Test Run

Xray must provide a mechanism to track the time taken to execute a given Test Run.

The time can start automatically when the status of the Test is "EXECUTING" and stop when a final status is reached.

The user always has the option to start, pause, stop, and reset the clock.
