As a user, when importing Tests with Test Case Importer is not possible to map User Picker fields

Pre-conditions

Create a custom field with the type User Picker and associate it with the Test create screen.

How to reproduce

1. Create a CSV File - In this CSV, add a column with an email to map to the User Picker field. See CSV attached.
2. Import the CSV via Test Case Importer

Actual result/Attachments

The value for the User Picker field is not imported.
Note: This works using Jira native Importer.

Expected result

It should be possible to import info to this field.
