Docgen export fails because of improper Gherkin definition even if the definition itself is not being exported

How to reproduce

1. Create a cucumber test with the definition 

   Given 
   When 
   Then

1. Create a Test Run
2. Add a dataset on the Test run level (one param will do)
3. Export from either the Test execution level with iterations or from Test Plan.

Actual result/AttachmentsAn error is displayed when trying to export

Expected result
No errors when trying to export
