Defects created from Test Runs should have coverage through the link "created by" the same way as on Server

On Server, when a defect is created from a Test Run, it will automatically be covered by the Test that created it, through the "created by" link:

However, in the Cloud this behavior does not happen, and Defects created this way are uncovered:

In addition, it is currently impossible to replicate the Server behavior with the Test Coverage Hierarchy setting, as the coverage is not applied to the Defects even when this setting is enabled (both Outward or Inward).

The Suggestion here is that the Test Coverage Hierarchy setting (or a new setting, if that is what it takes) should enable the Test coverage to be automatically applied to Defects through the "created by" link, exactly in the same way as it works on the Server.
