In Test Repository, "Folders" and "Test Sets" buttons are cut off by Jira side panel

Description
When accessing the Test Repository, when we try to click to change to "Folders" or "Test Sets", we can observe we are only able to click until half the button

Pre-conditions
Have a project with Xray

How to reproduce

1. Open the Test Repository
2. Try to click "Test Sets" or "Folder" button 

Actual result/Attachments

We are only able to click outside the red zone

Expected result
Expected to be able to click the full buttons.
