Context Menu does not show lines (Create and Add) for a test (Testing Board)

Preconditions

• Go to Testing Board
• Create Test

Steps to reproduce

1. Click right mouse button for call context-menu 

Expected result

• Context-menu shows full list
• 
•   

Actual result

• Context-menu does not show Create and Add
•
