As a user, when I add tests to a Test plan/Requirement/Test Set same Rank structure should be maintained as per the Rank mentioned in the Test Repository

As a user, when I add tests to a Test plan from a repository folder the Rank structure should be maintained.

Currently, it is possible within the Test repository folder 

• Add to Test Plan

It should also be maintained when following the below options.

Open Test Plan >> Add Tests > Search >> choose a folder >> add Tests

1. When adding the Tests(Adding the Test option/adding from Test Set) to the requirement issue, the same order of rank should be maintained.
2. When creating Test Execution or Sub Test Execution from a requirement, It should be possible to Execute them in the same ranking order.
3. It should be possible to provide the Rank number to the Tests through the UI.
4. Test Set rank is missing when creating a Test Execution/Sub-Test Execution from the requirement.
