"Configure" links do not redirect the user to the correct XRay Settings option stated next to them

Short Description: In the XRay Settings, the "Configure" links displayed in the Summary page do not redirect to the correct setting option.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Pick a Next Gen project and navigate to Project Settings -> Apps -> XRay Settings

2 - In the Summary setting start clicking in the "Configure" link displayed next to each name of a setting section

Actual Result: Because of the Next-Gen Configuration settings, the links are always redirecting the user to the setting option above it.

Expected Result: Each link should redirect to the correct setting stated next to it.
