Description: The user is not able to export the Reports in CSV when filtering by Test Executions

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Generate any built-in Report.
2. Filter the data by a Test Execution
3. Try to export it in CSV format.
4. An unexpected error occurs.
5. HAR file shows "(migration) unknown user"

Actual result/Attachments: 
CSV does not get generated.

Expected result: CSV should be generated

This is not always replicable.
