In the Test Repository, when filtering by a Cascade Custom Field option, the search does not work

Description

In the Test Repository, when filtering by a Cascade Custom Field option, the search does not work.

How to reproduce

1. Create a custom field of type Cascade.
2. Add values to them, example below:
   
3. Go to Test Repository, select Filter >> Basic >> More >> Select the Custom Field
4. And search by one of the options.

Actual result/Attachments

The searched value is not returned, the entire dropdown is shown.

Also, when the field has a lot of options and different characters, sometimes all the options are not presented on the field dropdown since we are not loading all of them at once.
