After deleting an Issue Type from the Project that has issues of that type created, is not possible to save the Next Gen Configurations for the project

Short Description: After deleting an Issue Type that has issues of that type created, is not possible to save the Next Gen Configurations for the project for any of the XRay issues types.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Navigate to a Project Settings of an Next Gen project that has issues types created and mapped

2 - In the Issues Types option, delete the issue type of the Test Plan

3 - Since there are issues of that type created, pick the Test type issue to move the issues

4 - Navigate to the Apps option - Next Gen Configuration

5 - Try to update or delete the configuration of any XRay issue type

Actual Result: The settings can not be saved and an error is displayed in the console.

Expected Result: The settings should be saved.
