Getting an error when clicking on "View Issue in Navigator" from a folder is not working if the folder contains more than 750 Tests.

How to reproduce

1. Open Testing Board
2. Right-click on the folder with more than 790+ Tests.
3. Click on "View Issue in Navigator" 
4.  Throwing an error HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request (more than 792)and 414 Request-URI Too Large(more than 1491)

Actual result/Attachments{}

HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request

414 Request-URI Too Large.

Expected result
Clicking on "View Issue in Navigator" should return the Test details which are present in the folder.
