Able to add/edit new versioning even while being in status with a property Jira.issue.editable = false

How to reproduce

1. In a Workflow status, add the property: jira.issue.editable = false

Actual result/Attachments
It's still possible to add new versions:



The property is triggered only after a refresh of the page.

Expected result
The property should be active, resulting in the inability to edit the versions.
