Improve sort by user experience in Xray History tab

At the moment, the Xray History list always defaults to displaying the oldest entry at the top.

To improve user experience, it should be possible to allow users to maintain their chosen sort order (e.g., "newest on top") within the Xray History screen, even when switching selections.

Ideally, provide a dedicated setting in the configuration page where users can set their preferred default sort order for the Xray History list, like how default sorting is chosen in JIRA.
