Description: If the user doesn't have issue edit permission on Test and Test Execution, it is not possible to add evidence.
Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Revoke Edit issue permission from a user under a project.
2. Assign that user a Test and a Test execution.
3. Ask the user to execute the Test Run and upload Evidence.
4. The user will get the error adding evidence pop-up. 

Actual result/Attachments: The user is not able to add the evidence and get this below error:
             

Expected result: The user should be able to add the evidence.
