Defects are not being linked to the covered issues, in case they are covered by a Test Set

If using a Test Set instead a Test to cover an issue, when creating a new defect from the execution page, this defect is not being linked to the covered issue.

Steps to reproduce

• On the Xray settings, check the option "Link Defects with Covered Issues"
• Go to the requirement issue and cover it using a Test Set
• On the Execution details page, create a new defect
