The user isn't able to open the Contact Support page

The issue is reproducible on the Mac Sonoma 14.5 

Chrome Version 126.0.6478.127 (Official Build) (arm64)

Preconditions:

• The Jira cloud instance is created ;
• The admin is logged in 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the top menu Apps
2. Open Xray 
3. Go tot he left menu
4. Click on the Contact Support

Actual Result: 

The user isn't able to open the Contact Support page

Expected Result:  

The user should be able to open the Contact Support page
