TCD is not working

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Jira instance on the cloud.
2. Upload Xray and Xray Enterprise. Make sure TCD is enabled in the Xray global settings -> Features
3. Create a new Xray project
4. Go to the global settings -> Apps -> Test Case Designer and add a valid custom URL (https://designer.getxray.app/oauth/f94ceec0-6425-4f0d-8af8-c5a00aa85437) -> Save
5. Go to the project
6. Click on the Test Case Designer on the project screen.

Expected result: Xray Test Case Designer tool is opened and working.

Actual result: Pop-up opened on the Project page (xray.test-case-designer.lable). TDC is not openedworking. (screenshot and record attached).
