Test Step clone in "Edit in Dialog" window, is not working

Description: Test Step clone in "Edit in Dialog" window, is not working.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case.
2. Add a Test Step to it.
3. Click on Edit Steps in the Dialog button.
4. Click on the Clone Test Step option in the new Edit Steps dialog window.
5. The screen spins with a "step cloned successfully" pop-up message. 
6. But the Test step does not get created. 

Actual result/Attachments: The test step does not get created. Video attached. 

Expected result: The Test Step should be created.
