In the Reports, after clearing the "Saved Filter" field and closing the dialog, the field is populated again

Short Description: In the Reports, after clearing the "Saved Filter" field and closing the dialog, the field is populated again.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Navigate to XRay -> Reports menu

2 - Pick a Report, for instances, Test Coverage report

3 - Enter a Saved Filter and press "Apply" and then "Generate" the report

4 - Now, open the filters, clear the Saved Filter and press "Cancel" link

5 - Open the filters again

Actual Result: The Saved Filter is empty, even though it is displayed in the filter resume field

Expected Result: The Saved Filter should display the filter value
