Sometimes adding Test Run evidence in the Execution Page fails

When adding Test Run evidence in the Execution page, sometimes the page crashes and not all evidence are added to the Test Run. This occurs intermittently and does not depend on the number, size, or type of files being added.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Test Run in the Execution Page.
2. In the Findings section, click "Add Evidence".
3. Select one or multiple files.
4. Click "Add".

Expected result: The evidence is/are successfully added to the Test Run.

Actual result: Sometimes, an error occurs adding some of the evidence, and the page goes blank. When refresh the Execution Page, not all evidence were added.
