Unable to move/drag and resize the images in the Actual result

Unable to move/drag towards right or left when we paste the screenshot using Ctrl+V on the Test Run Screen Actual result section

How to reproduce

1. Create Test > Create the Test Execution > Add the Test to the Test Execution > Execute the Test
2. Navigate to the Test Run screen
3. Edit the Actual result 
4. Click on the Add

      5. Paste the taken screenshot/image using Ctrl+V or by Adding an attachment

      6. After doing the 5th step, Unable to drag the image towards Right or Left, the image is centered!

     7. Click on Save - Once Saved the image gets back to center and also unable to have the image sized as per our need.

    8. But the screenshot is not getting saved to the size of our requirement. By default attached screenshot is saved in the center.

Actual result/Attachments

The attached screenshot is saved in the center and of the incorrect size

Expected result

The attached screenshot should be able to drag/move towards left/right
The required size of the image should be saved
