Evidence added in Test Runs by copy paste, gets the file renamed

Description: When the user tries to add the Evidence via copy-paste (ctrl+C/ctrl+V), the file name gets changed.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case.
2. Add Test Execution to it and Execute it.
3. Copy an image file and paste it on Test Run.
4. When the Evidence window gets open, note down the name of the file name.
5. Once you click on Save, we can see the file name on the Test Run page show up as image.png
6. This behavior is the same for Overall evidence and step Evidence.  
   

Actual result/Attachments: The file name gets renamed.

Expected result: The file name should remain intact.
