How to reproduce

1. Go to Xray Test Management >> Get Started

      2. Scroll down to the Bottom

      3. Under Useful resources >> Click on Contact Support Team via Service Desk

      4. The page doesn't load ( https://jira.xpand-it.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2 )

Actual result/Attachments

     We receive an error - The site can't be reached 

Expected result

The page should load and display the necessary information.
