Description: UI gives an error when copying images from One Test Step and pasting it to another

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case and add two Test steps to it.
2. Copy and paste the image on the first Test Step and save it.
3. Now, copy the image from the first Test step and paste it into the second. 
4. Try saving it and the UI gives an unexpected error message. 
   

Actual result/Attachments: Copy-paste is not working as expected. 
A video replicating the steps is attached with an error message screenshot.

Expected result: Copy-paste should work fine.
