As a user, I should be able to use a Dataset Repository.

Client's feedback:

For the Global Dataset, the idea is to have a menu in Project => Testing board, where everyone participating can go and enter Datasets.

For example create an Address data, and have the same as today (free text or list).

Then, in the test steps, being able to use the global dataset. Same as the dataset today, except that it will be shared with all the tests. A kind of dataset repository per project or even at the instance level if it's easier for you.

It should just be a data repo somewhere that can be called by many tests.

The impact is that, when calling in the Test Execution or test plan, all the tests with the same global dataset will be configured only in the header.

The problem today is that we need to create the same dataset in each different test.
