When importing a large feature file the import process is failing

When importing large cucumber feature files, the import process is failing with a 503 error.

How to reproduce

1. Have a large feature file, which contains at least 500 references to tests;
2. Start the import process by calling the api endpoint with the feature file: /api/v2/import/feature.

Actual Result
After some time, the import process fails with a 503 error.

Expected Result
The feature files are imported correctly.
