As a customer, I want the issue create a pop up on the Xray panels on the left bottom instead of right top corner

When any issue is created the issue created popup is shown at the bottom left.

However, when we create the issue from some Xray panels like Test Repository, the issue created popup message is shown at the right top corner.

The pop-up should be at the bottom left as it happens with the Jira create.
