Delete attachments from Test Steps are not working

Description: Delete attachments from Test Steps are not working as expected

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case with Test Steps
2. Add attachments to Test steps like images, pdf, etc
3. Save the Test Step.
4. Now, delete the attachments.
5. The attachments file does not get properly removed from the Test Step and gets broken. 
6. Even after page refresh, broken files keep on showing under Test Steps. 

Actual result/Attachments: Attachments get broken and did not get removed from the Test Step. Video replicating the steps and screenshot if attached.
