As a user, I should be able to select the text/links iniside the Test Runs Step iteration details

    Description

      Currently, if we have links inside the dataset on the Test Runs page, we can neither select them nor click them as a hyperlink.

      We need the feasibility to select them and also using them as a hyperlink for navigation.
