When bulk assigning the Test Runs, Email notifications do not work

Description: When bulk assigning the Test Runs, Email notifications do not work

Pre-conditions: 1) We need to enable notifications from our Jira cloud profile before we move forward to reproduce the issue.

2) Make sure to enable Send email notifications to Test Run assignee settings in Project settings/Global settings.

3) Respective notification permission should be in place in Project settings. 

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution.
2. Add two or more Test Cases to it.
3. Try bulk assignee to a user.
   
4. User do not get any Email notification.

Actual result/Attachments: Email notification when bulk assigning Test Runs is not working.

Expected result: Email notification for bulk assignee should work.
