The migration of steps with bold formatting using {*} is behaving differently compared to the Description field

Description
Migration of Steps with bold formatting with {} is having a different behavior from the Description field. In the Description field, the {} converts the word/sentence to bold. However, while migrating the Test Steps with the same formatting, the Steps is applying the bold only to the }.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test
2. Add a Step with the following formatting - ABC::DEF
3. Migrate the project to the Cloud

The same behavior that you have in Server/DC should happen in the Cloud
