Duplicate Jira workflow on Testing Board if the Tests have multiple versions and Test misses Xray properties

Description:

If we enable Test Case Versioning and Test issues are missing Xray properties, then, on the Testing Board, Jira Workflow Statuses get duplicated.

Pre-conditions:

Enable Test Case Versioning. 

How to reproduce

1. Add the Tests to a Test Execution
2. Open the test on the test execution board.

Actual result/Attachments:

 Jira workflow status duplicated for the Tests in the Testing Board

Expected result

Jira workflow should not be duplicated

Workaround:

Re-index the project. Re-indexing the project will set the issue property on the Jira side.
