As a user, I would like to edit the Test Repository Path of a Test issue and move it to another folder directly from the Test itself

Description
Currently in Xray Cloud, the Test Details panel displays the Test Repository Folder associated with a Test, but only as a link to the Test Repository. If a user wants to move the Test to a different folder, they must navigate to the Test Repository and perform the change from there.

This creates unnecessary context switching and slows down workflows, especially when users are reviewing or managing individual Tests.

As a user, I would like to request the ability to edit the Test Repository Folder directly from the Test itself, without having to leave the Test view.

Proposed Approaches
Option A: Test Details Panel
Replace or enhance the current folder link with a dropdown selector that lists all available folders in the project’s Test Repository, allowing the user to move the Test to a different folder directly from the panel.

Option B: Test Edit Screen
Add the Test Repository Folder as an editable field in the Test’s Edit screen, allowing users to change the folder while editing other Test fields.

Expected Benefits

• Reduce navigation and context switching
• Improve efficiency when organizing Tests
• Align folder management with other editable Test metadata
• Enhance usability for large repositories with frequent Test reorganization

Use Case Example
A user reviewing a Test realizes it belongs in a different folder. Instead of leaving the Test, navigating to the Test Repository, finding the Test, and moving it there, they can update the folder directly from the Test view or edit screen.
