Incontinent behavior of multi-select field in Test Repository while creating Test case

Description: The behavior of the multi-select field on the Create issue window in the Test Repository is different than in the main Create issue window. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Add a custom field of type multi-select field.
2. Click on the CREATE button on the main page. 
   
3. In the multi-select field, we can choose option one by one. 
   
4. Now, go to Testing board >> Test Repository and click on the Create Test option. 
   
5. Under  the multi-select field, we can choose multiple options at the same time. 
   

Actual result/Attachments: The options are displayed in a list and can be selected many in one go. 

Expected result: The option should be selected one by one.
