The scroll bar on Test Steps misbehaves when the text is long

Description: When text is too long Test Steps scroll bar misbehaves. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case.
2. Add 10 Test steps to it.
3. Add long texts in those Test steps.
4. now while scrolling up and down, the scroll bar movement is not smooth. 

Actual result/Attachments: The scroll bar is fluctuating.

Expected result: The scroll movements should be smooth.
