When Test Execution & Test are using different workflows, the status filed on the Testing board filter does not obey the TE workflow.

Description: When Test Execution & Test are using different workflows, the status filed on the Testing board filter does not obey the TE workflow.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Add a new workflow project setting for Test Execution for a new status. 
   
2. Create a Test Execution.
3. Go to Testing board >> Test Execution >> Filters >> open status field
   
4. The statuses for the Test are appearing and no status for Test execution is there. 

Actual result/Attachments: Test Execution status does not appear under the status field.

Expected result: Test Execution status should appear.
