Closed Defect links should appear strikethrough on Xray panels

Closed Defect links should appear strikethrough on Xray panels.

For example, when navigating into a Test Execution and adding the column Linked Issues, the Defects already closed don't appear strikethrough. The same happens for Test Plans, under Tests and Tests Execution tabs.
