Description: Images present in steps under Test Execution are not propagating to defects created.  

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case.
2. Add Test Steps under it and add images to it.
3. Add a Test Execution and run it.
4. Create a defect under the step where images are attached. 
5. Open the defect and the images in the description are corrupt.

Actual result/Attachments: Images in the defect description from the Test Run steps are not propagated. 

Expected result: Images in the defect description should propagate.
