The custom fields that are not searchable should not appear in any Xray filters, including Testing Board

Description

Custom Fields of the type Message Custom Field(for edit) which are not searchable, are not presented in the Jira Search field, and should not be presented in Testing Board filters as well.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Custom Field of the type Message Custom Field (for edit)
2. Go to Test Execution Board
3. Filter by the Custom Field created

Actual result/Attachments

The screen will be blocked because the field is not searchable

Expected result

The mentioned custom field should not be presented in the Filter
