As a User, I can select Test Run Custom Fields on the Default Column Layouts page

As a User, I should be able to select the Test Run custom fields over the Default Column layout page. At the moment, to select them to show on the Xray table it needs to be configured directly in the table, as for example on the Test Execution Tests table.
