At the project level, unable to edit the values in the parameter list

Description: In the Jira cloud Xray documentation, it is mentioned that at the project level, users can change the values that are added to the parameter list. However, in practice, this functionality is not available. Currently, users can only rename the Parameter list name and can remove,  re-add, and reorder the values, but not directly edit the existing values. This inconsistency between the documentation and actual functionality affects the usability of the parameters list management at the project level

Project Settings: Parameter value lists - Xray Cloud Documentation - Xray

Steps to Reproduce: Navigate to the project > Apps >  Project settings > Parameter value lists > Edit the Parameter list > Try to edit the existing values (Unable to add).

Actual Result: Users are unable to edit the values in the Parameter list. Only the parameter list name can be renamed and can remove,  re-add, and reorder the values.

Expected result: Users should be able to directly edit values within the parameter list as per the Xray documentation
