Xray Test Steps layout moves when we click on a different Test Step

Description:

When a Test has many Test Steps with each Step having many words in it, if you click on a Test Step, and then another Step without editing it, the steps layout keeps shifting.

Pre-conditions: Create a Manual Test with a lot of Steps in it with more words in Action, Data, and Expected Results.

How to reproduce

Click on a Test Step, and then directly click on another Test Step by scrolling to a Test Step at the bottom of it.

Actual result/Attachments:

The Step layout is moved to another Test Step other than the newly selected Test Step.

Expected result: The Test Step layout must stay on the selected Step.
