Description
Overview
During the upgrade process on the Jira side, if Jira fails to download any of the available translations file the app will be left disabled without any warning to the users.
This can happen due to a transient network issue between Jira <-> Xray.Â
We can improve the availability of the translation files on the Xray Cloud side. But network issues can always happen so perhaps a joint effort should be made with Atlassian to mitigate this further for better user experience.

Workaround
Manually Enable the App by navigating to Apps > Manage Apps > Enable Xray.
