Short Description: Test Plan Overall Status it not updated when a Test Execution is added to the Test Plan and the Test already exists in the Test Plan.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a Test Plan issue

2 - Create a Test issue

3 - Add the Test issue to the Test Plan

4 - From the Test issue create a Test Execution issue and pass it or fail it

5 - Navigate to the Test Plan and add the Test Execution issue

Actual Result: The overall status of the Test Plan is not updated

Expected Result: The overall status of the Test Plan should be passed or failed
