Attachments fail to add due to missing attachments field

Description

Attachments fail to add if the "attachments" field is missing on the "Test" screen and/or "Test Execution" screen.

Pre-conditions

Have a project with the "attachments" field removed from the "Test" and "Test Execution" issue type field screen.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test issue or a Test Run.
2. Add an attachment to the step or evidence to the Test Run. 

Actual result/Attachments

Attachments/evidences fail to add and return an error.

Expected result

Attachments/evidences are added successfully.

Workaround

Add the 'Attachments' field to the Screen Scheme for the 'Test' and 'Test Execution' issue types in Jira.
